We’re going to show you how easy it is to make your own freezer jam!
After arriving in at our Farm Market Workshop we take a scenic, bumpy hayride to 2 acres of strawberry fields with our beverages in hand. Pick scrumptious Oregon Strawberries, hop back on the hayride and get into the workshop!
Once your berries are picked we will head back to the workshop and get to work!
Included in the workshop:
- 10, 10oz jars of Oregon Strawberry Jam (all supplies needed to create this delcious jam will be provided.
- Individual Charcuterie Board with meats, cheese, pickled items and appetizers bites
- Induvial Dessert Board with Lee Farms Donuts & Pastries in bite size pieces!
- Beverages through the night (in a fun jar to take home!)
- 10% off any of your instore purchases
You’ll go home with your own 100oz (10, 10oz jars) of Oregon Strawberry Freezer Jam that you made yourself! As well as any extra berries that you picked and didn’t need for your jam!
Our goal is to give you the knowledge and confidence to be able to do this on your own!
Notes about this workshop:
- This class has very limited space as we only have so much room in our workshop!! If you are in a group please let us know so can seat you as close as possible!
- Mother Nature is far more powerful than us, we are selling this class with the intention that berry season will fall between a specific time period but this may change. If we have to change the class we will let you know and, of course, offer a full refund if the change doesn’t work with your schedule.
- There is a 15 minute grace period for you to arrive before we get on the hayride and start to the Strawberry Field. If you are running late please call us at 503-638-5337 so we can plan on waiting for you.
- 10% off instore purchases for the night/ duration of the event! As with any of our workshops when you sign up be sure to load up when you are here with items from our store during/ after or before the event to take advantage of this offer!
- One (1) ticket is required per person. Two people (of any age) can not share 1 ticket as this is a limited occupancy event.
- We will provide everything you need for this class and well as bags to take your jam home! All you need to bring is yourself!
