Join us for a dinner in our Greenhouse at the end of April.

Come sit in the greenhouses, surrounded by plants, under the dusk of spring. Enjoy a fully farm prepared meal by the Lee Family on our 7-generation farm with unlimited drinks including a specialty cocktail, beer and wine.
While we serve a 6 course meal family style. 

You can also book 6 tickets together with your besties to get a table to yourselves. 

Menu will be a collection of local items from our farm or local farms in our area. This is our tentative menu, there might be slight variations on the menu based on what local items we get fresh and in hand by Friday & Saturday. 

  • Beet Salad: Spring greens accompanied by earthy beets, apples, cheese and tangy vinaigrette dressing sprinkled with crushed pistachios.
  • Mushroom Toast: Borsin cheese spread over a toasted sour dough toast topped with local mushrooms sautéed with local shallots
  • Garlic Potatoes: Garlic whipped potatoes made with local roasted garlic creamed with local potatoes
  • Roasted Vegetables: Seasoned roasted root & Cruciferous vegetables
  • Beef Ragu: Lee Farms Cattle grass fed, grain finished beef pastured right here in Tualatin. Slow cooked with root vegetables, red wine and custom blend of seasonings tossed with pappardelle pasta.
  • Dessert: Peach Cobbler served with marscapone marionberry whipped cream

Seats are limited as the greenhouse is a small space.
