We’re going to show you how easy it is to make your own freezer jam! You absolutely don’t need any fancy equipment or tools! Just regular things you have in your kitchen!
The class will start with grabbing a beverage and hopping on the hayride Trailer where we head out to pick our own fresh strawberries!
Once your berries are picked we will head back to the bakery and get to work!
You’ll go home with your own 100oz (10, 10oz jars) of Oregon Strawberry Freezer Jam that you made yourself! Knowledge and confidence to be able to do this on your own and an adorable little gift from us!
Beverages to choose from will include:
Strawberry Lemonade, Strawberry Bellinis, wine or beer. We will have some some food to snack on include savory and sweet items!
This class has very limited space as we only have so much room in our bakery! And is sure to sell out fast!
Please note- Mother Nature is far more powerful than us, we are selling this class with the intention that berry season will fall between a specific time period but this may change. If we have to change the class we will let you know and, of course, offer a full refund if the change doesn’t work with your schedule.
