1 6' table (for cake, presents etc.)
You are more than welcome to double book a party time for a total of 3 hours and 50 minutes.
Birthday parties are only available during the times posted. We will not be offering parties Saturday, Sunday or Monday for the 2016 season.
The parties will be hosted rain or shine and are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates.

Activities are NOT included in your rental.
Pumpkins or any merchandise are also NOT included and will need to be purchased at an additional cost.
Set up and break down time is NOT included additionally in your rental. The time you have booked is the time that you have the in the area.
Outside food; outside food is allowed during the weekday party rentals.
No decorations are included in the rental aside from what is on the tent and pictured.
Our farm grounds and store closes at 6pm, you are welcome to stay and enjoy our farm outside of your party rental time, however the farm does need to be vacated by 6pm.
Unlimited amount of people are welcome to use party area, the picnic table seating seats 30 people comfortably however you can invite as many people are you would like.
For weekend parties: we do not allow reserved seating or outside food. However you are welcome to come and bring some balloons and open presents here at Lee Farms.
