Each 1 hour and 50 minute party slot includes
- The party area {10' by 30' Party Tent}
- 2 Picnic Tables
- 1 6' table (for cake, presents etc.)
You are more than welcome to double book a party time for a total of 3 hours and 50 minutes.
Birthday parties are only available during the times posted. We will not be offering parties Saturday, Sunday or Monday for the 2015 season.
The parties will be hosted rain or shine and are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates.
*PLEASE NOTE*
- If you have hosted or came to a party at Lee Farms in the past; the party area is NOT the same party area as previous years.
- Activities are not included in your rental.
- Pumpkins or any merchandise is also not included and will need to be purchased at an additional cost.
- Set up and break down time is NOT included additionally in your rental. The time you have booked is the time that you have the in the area.
- Outside food; outside food is allowed during the weekday party rentals.
- No decorations are included in the rental aside from what is on the tent and pictured.
